This policy explains how Tuwes Tech Solutions (formerly Tuwes Web Managers) handles personal information. It covers this website, tuwestechsolutions.com, our product sites (including Tuwes Mail, Tuwes Journal, and Tuwes Residence), and the ways you contact us.

What we collect
We only collect what we need to reply to you and to run the work you asked for:
- Name, organisation, email, phone, and the message you send through Get in Touch, email, or WhatsApp.
- Technical basics from the website, such as browser type and pages visited, so the site can load and stay secure.
- For a software product (for example Tuwes Mail): staff names, work emails, and login accounts that your organisation asks us to set up.
- If Tuwes Tech Solutions hosts your mailboxes, the mail in those boxes is stored so the app can work. If we connect mailboxes you already hold, that mail stays with your existing host; we only open it to provide the app and support.
We do not publish demo passwords on our websites. A live operator sends a demo login only when you ask for one.
How we use it
- To answer enquiries and send a demo, quote, or sales agreement when you are ready.
- To set up, brand, host, and support the product or website you bought.
- To keep the services secure and to meet Nigerian law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 where it applies.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising networks.
Who we share it with
Only people at Tuwes Tech Solutions who need it for the job, and suppliers who run the servers, email, or domain for us. They may only use it to provide that service. We may also share it if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages: while we are talking to you, and a reasonable time after, in case you write again. Client accounts and hosted mail: for as long as the service runs and the annual fee is current, then a short period so we can export what you are entitled to retrieve if you ask in writing.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to restrict how we use it, by emailing info@tuwestechsolutions.com. We will respond as the law requires. If you use a client product, your organisation is usually the one that decides who has an account.
Cookies
These websites use cookies that are needed for the pages to work (for example to keep a signed-in admin session). We do not run advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; some pages may then not work fully.
Children
Our sites and products are for organisations and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
