These terms cover the public websites of Tuwes Tech Solutions (formerly Tuwes Web Managers), including tuwestechsolutions.com and our product pages such as Tuwes Mail. By using those sites you agree to this page.
Buying a licensed product (for example Tuwes Mail) is a separate contract. We send that sales agreement when you are ready to buy. These terms do not replace it, and they do not publish our prices.

What the websites are for
The sites explain our work, show selected projects, and let you contact us. Product pages describe the software. A live demo, where one exists, is an illustration of the product. It is not a service-level promise for your organisation, and demo logins are not published on the websites.
Your use of the sites
- Use the sites lawfully. Do not try to break, scrape in bulk, or overload them.
- Do not pretend to be Tuwes Tech Solutions, and do not copy the sites as if they were your own product.
- If we give you a demo login, keep it for evaluation only. Do not share it as a public password.
- Do not send unlawful, harmful, or bulk unsolicited content through our forms or mail products.
Intellectual property
Tuwes Tech Solutions owns the websites, the Tuwes Mail / Tuwes Journal / Tuwes Residence product names, and our software. You own your name, logo, colours, and the content you send us. We may use your brand only to deliver a branded build you asked for.
Quotes and sales
There is no public price list on the Tuwes Mail product page. A quote depends on what you need. Nothing on the websites is an offer you can accept by clicking. A sale starts when both sides have signed the sales agreement we send, and the agreed payment has been made.
No warranty for the public sites
We take care with the public pages, but we do not warrant that they will always be available or free of error. Information on the sites may change. For a paid product, the service standard is the one in your sales agreement.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that Nigerian law does not allow us to limit. For use of the public websites only, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data, or indirect loss.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Lagos State have exclusive jurisdiction.
